If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you may return your product, in the same condition it was received, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, with the exception of return shipping costs. Our cables are warrantied for manufacturing and mechanical defects for one year after date of purchase. This warranty does not cover cables that have been obviously damaged and/or broken from misuse, water exposure, attempts to alter the cable, or any other damage that is not in control of LaSpada Audio.
If you would like to make a warranty claim, please contact LaSpada Audio for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return shipping instructions. Proof of purchase is required in order to make a warranty claim. The claimant is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for RMA returns to LaSpada Audio. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, LaSpada Audio will determine if a failure or defect has occurred and will offer a solution that may include: repairing the original product, replacing the product with the identical item or exchanging the defective product for a product with equal or lesser value. LaSpada Audio will pay for the shipping charges of the repaired or replaced Product back to the claimant via USPS shipping.
